SEO Case Study · UniversumNRS

Building an international Spanish SEO platform around structured content clusters.

UniversumNRS is a live Spanish-language website about spirituality, numerology, mirror hours, zodiac compatibility and spiritual relationships. The project is used to develop and validate a scalable SEO approach in a competitive content niche.

The challenge

UniversumNRS covers many closely related search intents. Without strong architecture, hundreds of pages about spiritual numbers, mirror hours, zodiac combinations and relationships can easily overlap, compete with each other or become difficult for Google to understand.

  • Organize large topic clusters without cannibalization
  • Improve crawlability and indexation signals
  • Connect supporting articles to strong hub pages
  • Keep Spanish content natural for an international audience
  • Build a structure that can expand without becoming chaotic

Project focus

  1. Technical WordPress and indexation cleanup
  2. Topic-cluster and URL architecture
  3. Internal linking between related spiritual topics
  4. Metadata, canonicals and sitemap review
  5. Search Console monitoring and iterative improvement

What SmarterVisibility worked on

The project combines technical SEO with a content system designed to stay manageable as the site grows.

Technical SEO

Reviewing indexation, canonicals, XML sitemaps, redirects, crawl paths and WordPress settings so the intended URLs send clearer signals.

Content clusters

Structuring numerology, mirror hours, zodiac compatibility, spiritual love and universe-sign content into recognizable topical groups.

Internal linking

Connecting detailed pages to useful hubs and related topics so both users and search engines can move through the content logically.

Search intent

Separating pages that answer different questions instead of forcing multiple intents onto one generic article.

International audience

Writing and organizing Spanish content for readers across Spain and Latin America instead of treating Spanish search as one local market.

Measurement

Using Google Search Console impressions, queries, pages and country data to identify where Google is testing and expanding visibility.

Technical progress visible in the in-house Health Check

Alongside Search Console, the technical state of the platform is monitored with the SmarterVisibility Website Health Check.

From errors to clean

An earlier scan showed 13 unique broken targets and 10 redirect loops. A later scan reported 0 for both.

332 pages crawled

The later scan checked 332 pages and reported a site-wide Website Health Score of 94/100.

Score with context

The health score is not a Google ranking factor. Its value is in finding, prioritizing and fixing concrete technical issues.

Observed direction

Google is discovering the site across multiple Spanish-speaking markets.

The current Search Console view now contains more than 132,000 impressions and shows organic visibility coming from Spain as well as countries including Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile and Peru. That is an important signal for a site intentionally built for a wider Spanish-speaking audience.

The project is still developing. The goal is not to claim a finished SEO success story, but to document how a real content platform moves from architecture and indexation work toward broader organic visibility.

What this case demonstrates

  • SEO architecture matters before publishing at scale
  • Google can understand a niche before rankings become strong
  • International Spanish SEO needs country-level observation
  • Search Console is useful for deciding what to strengthen next
  • Technical cleanup and content strategy need to support each other
Transparency: UniversumNRS is an owned SmarterVisibility portfolio project. Search performance changes over time and no rankings or traffic levels are guaranteed.
